US Privacy Requests
We respect your privacy. How We Process Your Request When you submit a request to correct your personal data through our Compliance page, our compliance provider, Consentmo, processes your IP address and email address solely to fulfill your request. For more details, please see Consentmo’s Data Processing Policy.
Right to Know and Right to Delete
Requests to know what personal information we have collected about you, including account details and order history, and requests to delete it are handled personally by our team. You can submit a request in two ways: through our contact form or by email. We may need to verify your identity before we respond, and we handle your request across all of our systems.

Response time: We respond within the period required by applicable law.
Important: Some information may be retained even after a deletion request if required by law or for legitimate purposes (e.g., taxes, fraud prevention, and security).

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
You can opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (targeted advertising). You do not need an account to opt out.

You can authorize an agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may ask for your signed permission and may ask you to verify your identity directly with us.
