Cancellation Form

Important: You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. If you wish to exercise this right, your withdrawal declaration must be sent within those 14 days.

Independently of this, we offer you a voluntary return period of 24 days in total from receipt of the goods. If you would like to return your order after the statutory 14 days have expired but still within our 24-day return period, please use our returns portal.

Order number not recognised? Try adding the prefix “Magento-” (e.g. Magento-20261234567).

If your order number is still not recognised, you can also declare your withdrawal informally through our customer service, as long as you do so within the deadline.
