How We Process Your Request When you submit a request to correct your personal data through our Compliance page, our compliance provider, Consentmo, processes your IP address and email address solely to fulfill your request. For more details, please see Consentmo’s Data Processing Policy.
Access to and Deletion of Your Data
Requests for access to the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR) and for deletion of your data (Art. 17 GDPR) are handled personally by our team. Please submit your request through our contact form – this allows us to verify your identity and process your request completely across all of our systems.

Response time: We will respond within one month. If your inquiry is complex, we may extend this deadline within the limits permitted by law and will notify you accordingly.
Important: Some information may be retained even after a deletion request if required by law or for legitimate purposes (e.g., taxes, fraud prevention, and security).
