Cancellation & Returns Policy

Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). If you are a consumer, you may cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you (or someone you nominate, other than the carrier) receive the goods; for goods delivered in separate parts, 14 days after you receive the last part.

To cancel, tell us your decision by a clear statement — by email to hello@holzkern.com, or using the model cancellation form below. To meet the deadline it is enough to send your cancellation before the cancellation period ends.

Effect of cancellation. We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (except any extra cost from choosing a delivery type other than our cheapest standard delivery), within 14 days of receiving the goods back or your proof of return, whichever is earlier. We refund using the same means of payment you used. We may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value of goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function.

Returning the goods. Return the goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel, unworn and in their original packaging (wooden box, case or pouch). You bear the direct cost of return; returns are free for Premium Club members.

Voluntary extended returns. In addition to your statutory right above, we voluntarily accept returns within 24 days of receipt (unworn, original packaging). This does not affect your statutory rights.

How to return: register your return through our Service Portal, create a return label, and send the parcel. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt; processing can take up to 2 weeks.
