This Privacy Policy explains how Holzkern – a brand of Time for Nature GmbH ("we," "us"), Autokaderstraße 33/11.3, 1210 Vienna, Austria, processes the personal data of visitors and customers of https://www.holzkern.com/en-gb. Because we serve UK customers, the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 apply to this processing.

Identifiers and contact data (name, email, phone, delivery/billing address); order and account data; payment confirmation data (we do not store full card numbers); usage and device data (IP address, cookie identifiers, pages viewed); and any content you send us (chat, email, forms).

Analytics: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Klar Insights, Kameleoon. Advertising partners (with consent): Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, Criteo, Pinterest, Microsoft Advertising.


6. International Transfers


Your personal data is processed within the EU (Austria); the UK recognises the EU/EEA as providing adequate protection. Where a provider transfers data onward to the USA or another country, appropriate safeguards apply (UK adequacy regulations / the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses / the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal and tax obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
