Yes, all of our watches come with a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, such as defects in the movement or manufacturing defects in the case or Strap. Damage caused by improper use, wear and tear, or external factors is excluded. If you’d like to file a warranty claim, you can contact us at any time using our service form.

You can return products within 24 days of receipt—the only requirement is that the items be unworn and in their original packaging. You can use our service portal to arrange a return. For Premium Club members, we’re happy to cover the return shipping costs.

It’s essential that you familiarize yourself with the materials used in your jewelry. One-of-a-kind pieces made of Stainless steel, (precious) stones, pearls, or Nacre are generally water-resistant, but designs with wooden components are not! However, splashes of water—such as when washing your hands or from raindrops—should never be a problem. To be on the safe side, take off your jewellery when showering, bathing, or swimming. This will help preserve the color, finish, and fit over the long term.
