PDPA Compliance

We respect your privacy. If you are located in Thailand, you have rights regarding your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Use the options below to exercise your rights.

How We Process Your Request When you submit a request to correct your personal data through our Compliance page, our compliance provider, Consentmo, processes your IP address and email address solely to fulfill your request. For more details, please see Consentmo’s Data Processing Policy.

Access, Data Portability and Erasure

Requests for access to the personal data we hold about you, including your personal details and order information, for a copy of it in a transferable format, and for its erasure (right to be forgotten) are handled personally by our team. Erasure also deletes your account. Please submit your request through our contact form - this allows us to verify your identity and process your request completely across all of our systems.

Alternatively, you can reach us by email at dpo@holzkern.com.

Response time: We respond within the period required by applicable law.

Important: Some information may be retained even after a deletion request if required by law or for legitimate purposes (e.g., taxes, fraud prevention, and security).
