By clicking "Next," you can book a pickup so that the model can be picked up from your desired location (home, workplace, etc.).

Important:
Please enclose a copy of the invoice
For complaints: Please include a brief note describing the defect
For cancellations: Completed Return Form enclose
Please note the reference number (if available)
This will allow us to correctly categorize your shipment and process it as quickly as possible.
We would also like to ask that you return the model to us in its original wooden box so that it is optimally protected during shipping.

Help with filling out the form:

Please provide your address information and simply enter your name in the “Company” field, unless, of course, it’s a business address.

Select your desired pickup date (please choose the next day at the earliest), enter “Sender’s Address” as the pickup location, and enter “Wooden wristwatch” as a brief description of the contents.

When you click “Next,” please double-check your information.
Enter your order number as the reference number, and then select a time slot for pickup.

The net weight is approximately 0.1 kg less than the gross weight.
Then select “Austria” as your country of origin.

The remaining fields will be filled out individually.
Then click on “Book Pickup” to complete the pickup reservation.

Once the process is complete, you’ll receive an email. You’ll find your shipping label in that email—please print it out and attach it to the package.
