By clicking “Next,” you can book a pickup so that the model can be picked up from your desired location (home, workplace, etc.).

Important:
- Please include a copy of the invoice
- For complaints: Please include a brief note describing the defect
- For returns: Completed Return Form enclose

This will allow us to correctly categorize your shipment and process it as quickly as possible.
We would also like to ask that you return the model to us in its original wooden box so that it is optimally protected during shipping.

Click on the yellow address book field to the right of the recipient's name and select the suggested address "Time for Nature GmbH."

Please enter your address information and select "Residential Address" so that you can leave the "Company" field blank (unless it is a business address). The fields for the EORI and VAT numbers do not need to be filled out.

Once the address information is filled out, the shipment details will appear below for you to complete. You can scroll down immediately to the “Description of Goods and Items” section, since the shipment information is already filled out.

Please specify your product category and the corresponding customs tariff number. Please also note that the Weight must be specified in kilograms, so be sure to weigh your package. A watch usually weighs about 0.2 kg.

Please specify the number of Products to be returned, as well as their value and Weight.

Please provide your order or case number as a reference.

Then scroll down to “Select Packaging” and choose the “My Own Packaging” option.

Please provide the dimensions of your package.

The payment method is already pre-filled.

You can then specify your preferred pickup date. Select your preferred pickup date (no earlier than the next day) and your preferred time slot (minimum 60 minutes).

Finally, you can finalize the process by clicking “Complete Shipment” and download your shipping documents. Please print out the label and attach it to the package.
