Canadian Privacy Rights (PIPEDA & Quebec Law 25)

How We Process Your Request When you submit a request to correct your personal data through our Compliance page, our compliance provider, Consentmo, processes your IP address and email address solely to fulfill your request. For more details, please see Consentmo’s Data Processing Policy.
Access to and Deletion of Your Data
Requests for access to the personal information we hold about you, including account details and order history, and requests to delete it are handled personally by our team. Where applicable, for example under Quebec’s Law 25, you can also ask for a copy of your computerized personal information in a portable format. Please submit your request through our contact form - this allows us to verify your identity and process your request completely across all of our systems.

Response time: We respond within the period required by applicable law.
Important: Some information may be retained even after a deletion request if required by law or for legitimate purposes (e.g., taxes, fraud prevention, and security).
