RETURNS & REFUNDS

Voluntary Return Policy
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal (see below), we grant you a voluntary right of return for 24 days from the date you receive the merchandise. To be eligible, the item must be unworn and unused and must be in its original packaging (wooden box, case, or pouch). You’ll also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

Here’s how you give back
Simply register your return through our service portal and create your return label. Returns should be sent to: Time for Nature GmbH, Autokaderstraße 33/11.3, 1210 Vienna, Austria. Returns are free for members of our Premium Club; otherwise, a small fee applies for using our return label. Items sent to us without a pre-registered return cannot be processed. Damage and Problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can investigate and resolve the issue. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Exceptions to the Voluntary Return Policy
Personalized or custom-made items and gift cards are excluded from our voluntary 24-day return policy. Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this (see below)—in particular, it also applies to sale items.

Exchange
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you received; once the return has been accepted, you can order the new item separately.

Refunds
As soon as we receive and review your return, we’ll let you know whether it’s been approved. If approved, we’ll refund the purchase amount immediately—or within 14 days at the latest—to your original payment method. STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RIGHT TO CANCEL)

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), took possession of the goods. If multiple items from a single order are delivered separately, the period begins on the day the last item was taken into possession.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us—Time for Nature GmbH, Autokaderstraße 33/11.3, 1210 Vienna, Austria, email: hallo@holzkern.com—of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., letter or email). You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, although this is not required. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice in a timely manner.

Consequences of Cancellation: We will refund all payments received, including shipping costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive shipping method than the least expensive standard option), without delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your notice of cancellation, using the same payment method as the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of return. You must return the goods within fourteen days of your notice of cancellation. You are responsible for the direct costs of the return shipment. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is attributable to handling that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their condition, characteristics, and functionality.
