Your Necklaces, Bracelets, Earrings, and Rings generally do not require any special care. If you’d like, you can gently wipe them down with a soft cloth every now and then to restore their beautiful shine.
Since all one-of-a-kind pieces made of untreated wood* are not waterproof, these wooden items naturally appreciate a little extra care. Our special care balm, which you can find in our accessories shop, is best suited for this purpose. You can also use beeswax or natural wood oils.
*In some of our collections, we’ve used what’s known as HydroDef technology, in which the wooden elements are additionally coated with a clear layer of synthetic resin. This makes them waterproof, just like our models with Stone or mother-of-pearl elements.
It’s best to always check the product description under “Specifications”; there, for each one-of-a-kind item, you’ll find details on the materials used and whether it’s waterproof.

Our jewelry is delivered in a small wooden box, secured on a piece of cork. This not only ensures your piece is optimally protected during shipping, but also makes unboxing a special experience. The wooden box with a magnetic metal clasp not only looks great, but is also perfect for storing your one-of-a-kind pieces, even when you’re traveling.
Due to their size, some items from our men’s collections are packaged in the same boxes you’re already familiar with from our Bandlets.

For our jewelry collection, we follow industry-standard lengths. You can find the exact Dimensions and lengths of the various collections on the respective product pages under “Specifications.”
With our extender, you can lengthen your Bracelets and necklaces from our women’s jewelry collections by up to 8 cm. This allows you to wear your necklaces at different lengths depending on the occasion, or to layer multiple necklaces for a “layered” look.

We use a certified plating process for our Products, which we can guarantee will meet all the demands of everyday use.
For our Women's jewelry we’ve plated 316L Stainless steel with 24K real gold, real rose gold, or platinum for a particularly elegant look.
Our Men’s collections are made of 316L Stainless steel. Higher-quality metal layers (e.g., cobalt) are applied using ion plating, which creates the various color finishes. This is the same technique you’re already familiar with from our Watches and Bandlets. This allows you to mix and match all your pieces—whether watches, Bandlet, or Jewelry—and they’ll always go together harmoniously.
