Please note: The right of withdrawal ends 14 days after you receive the goods. Older orders cannot be withdrawn using this form. For returns within our return period please use returns.holzkern.com; for complaints, please contact customer service.

If your order number is not recognised, try adding the prefix “Magento-” (e.g. Magento-20261234567).

If your order number is older or is not recognised, you can also declare your withdrawal informally - for example via our customer service. To meet the deadline it is sufficient that you send the declaration before the 14 days expire.
